One of Amazon’s newest Echo additions is the Echo Glow.  It is a smart night light that you can control with your Alexa enabled devices. I purchased one for my kids when it first came out and they have enjoyed picking the colors at night.  You can also set light alarms, think you can not leave your room in the morning until the blue light is on etc. The light is pretty worthless without an Alexa device in the room as well and that is why this Echo Dot and Echo Glow combo package is nice. Amazon says it is 50% off but it will really only save you around $10 off the current prices individually.  But if you needed both anyway then $10 is $10.  The Glow will work with non kids Echo Dot devices too if you have one at the house already.

The Echo Dot Kids are currently on sale for $39.99 and the Echo Glow has always been priced at $29.99.

You can often get an Echo Dot as a part of other deals for cheap but it is usually not the kids version. And, there was an amazing targeted deal when the Echo Glow first launched.  If you wait and piecemeal the items you could come out ahead.  But if you want to grab them now this is a decent deal.

Final Thoughts

My kids have thoroughly enjoyed having an Echo Dot and Echo Glow in their room.  If you were thinking of doing something similar then Echo Dot & Echo Glow combo package deal will save you a little bit of money.
