  1. I think that timeline is way too agressive. Moveing from Phase 1 to 2 so quikcly then Phase 3 is normal a month later?

  2. As far as DisneyWorld goes, I think it is really going to depend on how many people show up during this Phase 1 or Phase 2. If they get a decent amount of people, then they can continue these phases for a while. However, if very few people show up, then they are going to have to get out of those phases and to normal as quickly as possible.

I think that sometimes perception is everything, if Disney is having these requirements for masks and social distancing many people will feel like it is not safe and stay away. On the other hand, if the park is operating like normal, then the perception is that it is safe and a lot more people may be willing to come.

Also, if they do things that cause long lines or don’t have the parades or fireworks, will people still be willing to pay $100+ per day with half the entertainment missing? I know I will not go to the parks without the parades or fireworks.

And then what about people with annual passes that all of a sudden are worth a lot less if there are no parades or fireworks.

Honestly, if they can reopen by 1st or 2nd week in June in phase 1, get to phase 2 by end of June, and be back to normal by 3rd week of July, I think that would be best all around.

But IMHO, they are not going to get a lot of traffic to the park if things are not pretty much back to normal.
